The double room for iron or towels, facilities worked for us. Coffee and a kettle were nice. The location incredible and stunning right opposite the tourist bus stop.

Extremely convenient and quiet little hotel with an outdoor restaurant and amazingly attentive staff. Lots of options, good food. Ideal location on the waterfront, great value and a nice size rooms. And just next door to the golf course, Sotano restaurant downstairs and green point park and stadium. Great choice for trip.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a safe and convenient boardwalk by the ocean. The staff at the hotel were honest and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even saved and safely stored our luggage when we accidentally left it behind. The property was well-maintained and had limited secure parking. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. I had a great time at La Splendida Hotel By Newmark.
